After growing up in the United States, Karen Kei returned to Hong Kong upon her graduation from university. Although she majored in business management, Karen possesses a strong passion for art and design. She is deeply inspired by ooak (one of a kind) dolls and started creating them in 2014. Karen Kei’s work presents a contradiction between reality and the dream world, showing how conflict and harmony can co-exist.

Babedu

Babedu is a baby girl who never grows up. She always has a pout on her face which makes people think that she is not happy, but in actuality she is eager to feel care and attention. Babedu is a big dreamer full of energy. In her imaginary world, she can do whatever and be whoever she wants. Close your eyes and take a deep breath, enjoy a tour to the imaginary world of Babedu together.
