How to use the Feedmill:
Step 1: Warm up your joints and muscles by casually viewing the likes and comments.
Step 2: Build up your speed gradually by oscillating your eyeballs in an upwards and downwards motion. Do this while staying engaged with the actual content.
Step 3: At this point, having a blurry vision is normal and is not a sign of fatigue. Finish off your workout with an intense and purposeful gaze.
